Roll Call: Colorado -- @PJM v Colorado Golfers, @PJM only half guilty

Does it measure my sadness in Celsius or Fahrenheit?

Colorado National said they’re opening Sunday cart path only, but not a lot of tee times left. I suspect it’s going to be pretty wet with lingering snow, but they’re open.

At least we saw the sun this afternoon!

Second spring should be great tomorrow

Good lookin out. I snagged a single spot at Murphy Creek at 12:50, looks like there’s one more available at 12:40 tomorrow.

I’ve heard some talk of “fake Winter” here and there, but this Colorado “fake Spring” really takes you for a ride every week from March-May.

Hey guise, sending out another reminder to anyone who want in on a sick season long match play, sign up here Denver Refuge Matchplay - Google Sheets

I think I’m gonna set a deadline of this weekend for sign up and then set prelim matches so we can get rolling and hopefully get 5 matches in before September.

I’ll leave most to the imagination, but just to tease a little I talked with @Privatecollection and Semi/Championship day could be big

I just signed up - thanks

Fuck I was out of town this weekend and forgot to book a tee time for two weekends from now and everything is booked SOLID until mid afternoon unless I wanna play winter rules at Evergreen. Gonna have to set some calendar reminders. Gonna pray I get get an Aurora golf tee time in a few days.

Press’s courses aren’t quite up to the standard of his father, but they’re good golf courses.

Hiwan is the gem, for sure. Lake Valley is a really solid course. Used to do a junior tournament out there when I was a kid. Beautiful spot. I never played it but I heard really good things about Boulder CC from some of the BHS guys when we were stuck playing Flatirons and they were lamenting being there instead of the country club.

It doesn’t look like there’s a Wyoming thread so I’ll ask here: has anyone played the Golf Club at Devils Tower in Hulett, WY? If so, would love to hear your thoughts.

It looks like a fun course and the WSGA couples championship is there this year in July, which might be a worthwhile event to play in with my wife.

I’m a member at BCC. Fun course and definitely has some good Maxwell greens. Could use a little work, but overall a good place to call home. Trying to figure out how to organize a refuge meetup there, but with two kids under two, planning is not as easy as I’d like.

Never played, but that drive from Moorcroft to Devils Tower may be the longest 30 miles in the history of driving.

Thought it would never end!
