ProTip: Will need those yellow balls.
Just got the latest from FootJoy so I should be able to join:
Slap a UA Spieth 3 logo on these and @PJM’s gonna be all over it
Does Fisher Price make a single strap sunday bag? Plastic pull cart bags are so out of fashion now.
@jhkaplan looking to finally partner with a brand that aligns to his driving distance.
Ok no need for the personal attacks here. We’re a community. Let’s lift each other up.
Thanks for the update Denver Golf!
Any advice on the best Denver area course with great practice areas? Range, Short Game area for chipping and deeper 50 yard pitches.
I have a golf trip coming up, hoping the weather breaks to I can hit some balls outside. The simmys dont really do it for me.
Aqua Golf of course.
Or CommonGround. Use the Par 3 course to work on longer pitch shots.
If you’re on or near the west side:
Foothills has a big putting green and a pitching/chipping area. They don’t keep the greens at the pitching and chipping like normal greens, though. Good for working on contact or landing spot, not good for trying to get it close to the hole.
Applewood has a 50 yard pitching area with good greens. Their range and putting green are shitty though.
Fox Hollow has a huge chipping green by the first tee on links. Great for long chips. You won’t quite get 50 yards of pitching, but probably 30. Their range is good, but the putting greens are small.
Family Sports Center, great chipping/pitching area, but go during the day if you can for longer shots.
Agree, you can actually hit shots close to 150 yards if it’s quiet out there:
133 meters being about 145 yards.
big announcement coming today for an event, keep an eye out for a new MHC thread
Anybody have a tailor the would recommend in Denver. I live in LoHi and work in the DTC, so if it happens to be close to those areas, bonus. I’ve taken stuff to Erol’s and they’ve done a great job, but they are pricey.
I’ve had 5 or 6 different ones in Denver and always go back to Erols…

AJ Alterations on West Colfax (across the street from Seedstock)
Her work is excellent, and I think it’s a good value.
Context: I haven’t had her alter a suit jacket, but she has done multiple pairs of pants, shorts, and a few shirts.
any Coloradans thinking about registering for the Thirstbucket w/ TFE in June? THE THIRSTBUCKET Event :: Welcome
Headed back to my midwest roots the following week already for a wedding, so considering heading to MI early to play (if selected) and then trekking down to S Indiana if I can talk my significant other into meeting me there…
