That would be pretty incredible. Get some beer and kombucha on tap and go full blown tech office. I’d pay a couple hundred a month for that.

I’m fully remote in Fort Collins and would be happy to pay a daily fee to use.

Ok then, maybe we’re on to something here…

What about in the spring/summer/fall? Same?

Sounds great. I’m in if I can thread the needle between meetings and picking up my kid from school.

Yup - I really like the idea of a co-working space with people I enjoy being around and don’t necessarily work with. A truly community funded co-working spot would be pretty cool. If you are serious about this we could probably setup a simple LLC and have different membership levels.

Plus, being able to swing throughout the day would be a lot of fun.

That’s the idea I keep tossing around in my head. Coworking space first, but with 1-2 sim bays to go blow off some steam in between work cycles or meetings.

Honestly, this is a great idea, but imagine going a step further and having coworking spaces with “themes” that target specific affinity groups. Sim bays are just one, but what about another with a basketball court or one with a crossfit gym. Essentially have people pick a “home” coworking space and then it’s an additional drop in fee to attend the others. Multiple locations around a city. Like WeWork, but without the psycho founder and a product that isn’t just… an office building.

I work at a large tech firm and I continue to be amazed that they’re not just giving us $500/month for us to pick our own coworking space. I’d 100p just get a membership at some indoor sim place and work from there all day as long as it had decent wifi

Fuck, I’ve already been fired.

I fucking love this idea. Kind of what I was thinking, the primary role is still a co-working space, but give members some entertainment related to their niche interests. Could definitely see an opportunity to grow into multiple locations by niche.

I’m clearly the founder and also probably psycho.

Quick repost in case it got lost in the wework traffic the other day… 3 open spots at CG tomorrow (Sat 11/20) at 10:40am if anybody wants in

Don’t worry guise, have officially submitted our request for club status for the 2022 Refuge Roost league

sign up sheet btw. This is a proud moment, similar to the ABA/NBA merger, we’ve made it and the Super League as been acquired

Logo looks sick. Great way to incorporate all the Colorado flag colors and the C without being too obvious. I have a small pet peeve for merch that just throws the Colorado flag on everything. Don’t chickens live in a coop not a coup, or am I missing a double entendre?
