[image] Sell the clubhouse, first hole & waterfront property, work out deal with new restaurant for a partnership. Use funds to build clubhouse south of the parking lot at the practice area. Nice sized building will fit between the practice area and 6th hole. Vacate 18th hole. Expand 10th tee to current 18th green, completely fixes that dumb hole. Expand 17th green to 18th tee box.
