Any team that commits to wearing jorts and playing Ping i2 woods and irons from pre-1990 starts the round at -10.
For the guys signed up below, please confirm you can still make it. If you’re not able to make it, please take your name off the the list so we can get the reservists into play.
We’ll have a bay for open play and the other two for contests/games, and the putting area as well. Our sherpa Awol will be handing out swing tips as well!
Cost
$12.50 for 2hr rental
$12.50 for food (Did we all agree on Tacos?)
$25 total
@McDuffin @kmcswain @Xlink @JBors @HackMarkham @Kerry @ChiFFI @Tomdevito @cjordan929 @Setwilli
@EConroy419 @Awol Sorry couldn’t include you in the original post
confirmed and let the taco are begin!
Still good as of right now but haven’t gained full clearance from the wife. Will let you know for sure.
There’s a Raisin Cane’s nearby as well, which could rival tacos?
In.
In, will bring earplugs for that @HackMarkham driver.
Thirst Trap > Sand Trap
Just confirmed - IN
I do love tacos, but also like to keep the hands clean while swinging, I could flip to chicken tenders and fries as they are more fork/stabbing friendly.
What’s @Awol 's lesson rate - gonna need some work on hip rotation and no I will not stretch at home more often.
The “Nick” here…
Bachelor party.
Anyone thinking about checking out Game of Irons in Oakbrook. The 4D thing sounds cool, but I’ve not spent much time on a simulator, so maybe not. The course list was not inspiring, but they don’t all have to be winners. I just noticed it going in when was at the Xfinity store, and they’ve had a pretty aggressive email campaign.
Don’t tempt me with a good time
True, Cane’s does come with that grease so i think will stay within the taco realm.
$65 for 1 lesson or $275 for a 5 pack! I’ll help ya out with a drill at the event. No need to stretch at home. If you can get out of your car without struggling then you should be able to rotate fine.
i won’t be able to make it and removed myself. have fun guys!
