Anyone check out The Fried Egg restoration pod? They talk about Kankakee Elks as a restoration project. Couldn’t imagine that place if they treated it like Lawsonia!

How far are you willing to drive? Spouse & kids? Care about anything other than golf?

COVID changed the game a bit and a lot of places that were hurting for members now have full waitlists, but you should still have some good options depending on what you’re interested in.

I live downtown, have no tolerance for driving, and would prefer a golf only club. Beverly would be first on my list if I was looking, likely is a wait-list tho

I don’t have a desire to drive very far. No kids or wife, so golf is the primary concern + professional relationships.
