Mike Haase gives lessons out of the Terra Cotta Golf Academy in McHenry, I’ve played in the golf tournaments that he runs since I was about 12, really great guy.
Terra Cotta is a really cool place to practice, you can get 5 lessons for $280 (scheduled at your own time I believe).
The number floated around is $6-7mil. Course was closed for about a year and some change. They charged $750 or some dumb number to hit the first public tee shot after it reopened.
Not OP but do you have recommendations for online lessons? This is something I’ve been thinking about lately.

Seven Bridges is open for business, I can play Sat mid-afternoon or Sunday if you want to get something going.
There’s a spot for 2 at 140 on saturday and 2-4 at 150. Id prefer to play saturday but don’t know if we could get 18 in. Sunday is wide open.
Sunset is at 6, so 150-2 is probably latest we would want to play.
I’m in a meeting but I can call and book 150 after this. There should still be two spots for that time as well if anyone wants to join.
Sunday works better for me if anyone wants, I’d prefer an earlier tee time.
