I’m playing there Saturday, booked when website was still up. Got an email from the GM that they will be open but walking only. I assume the site will be back up in a day or two.

Hey crew-

Important news bulletin regarding the Mudness. There was a scheduling error on part of Kankakee Elks and we need to move March Mudness to Sunday March 28. I’m really sorry, and so is the course. They are very excited to host us and know it will be very good visibility for their course which they are very proud of. I am particularly sorry for all of you were coming in from out of town like @djpie or @kevjones and others.

We have the entire course rented out on Sunday so plan on a full day still if you are able to make it. I will send a survey later this week to allow everyone to recommit and request people in their group if you have that preference.

We had 80 people sign up so I’m hopeful we still end up with 50 or 60 the very next day. Things were a little touch and go last night and so I’m actually grateful we are still able to host the event at all.

Again, I’m sorry.

See you in a few weeks!

There’s two spots up for grabs at Highland Woods at 10:30am Sunday if anyone wants to join me and my buddy. Let’s launch em!

We’ll be right behind you. Booked 4 spot at 10:50.

Sorry to straddle both this thread and the March Mudness one— but in case anyone who can’t make it to Kankakee wants some merch the site is live:

If I order today should I expect it to get here before the Mudness?

I am under the impression that yes it’ll get here that fast. I ordered last night and will share the shipping deets when I get them.

I bet we will be ok for delivery on time for orders thru March 15 or even a bit later. @sundaybag may be able to share more

Yes. This was all conceived with the intent of your merch to be sitting at the Mudness a few days before the event.

So do all shipments go to the course and not our homes?

Stumbled across this the other day. Interesting for anyone who wants photo evidence of how boring Mt. Prospect was pre-renovation. Admittedly I never truly played it pre-reno as I picked up golf after, but my dad would take me out to hack around the front 9 at twilight sometimes when juniors were free and I don’t remember it being that interesting. 4 and 7 look barely recognizable in these old photos and every green shown looks super pedestrian.

This is not a drop ship program to people homes. This will all come in one shipment and be available day of the event.

Got it. I am going to have the shipment come to my house so we can spare Jim and the Elks the trouble of receiving our copious amounts of merch.

If anyone wants some of the Murch and is not coming to the mudness just send me a DM and you can Venmo me for shipping.

I am fine with either way - home or course/coordinator. Mine did come with my home address in Shipping and Billing on my receipt. I can PM Order# if any concern.

Will chat with Levelwear to confirm the process. Thanks for letting me know.

FYI - my confirmation had my house as the shipping address and then I got a follow up email from Levelwear saying it would be delivered to the course.

Anyone here have any strong recommendations for a swing coach? I live up in Lake County.
As a college student I need someone who will not drain my bank account (I am looking for monthly lessons rather than weekly)

Do you know how much was spent on the reno? It’s an aspirational improvement.

Have you considered online lessons? Best bang for your buck.
