This will be my first in person refuge event (gassssssssssssp), so I’m not totally sure how to manage the room block. Once I sign, they will give us a website to make reservations through. Do I just put the link in here and let chaos reign? Do we have a more organized roll out?

Alright, I was afraid I would have to make a decision. For starters, let’s just gauge interest via the spreadsheet tabs and maybe the universe will decide for me how to roll this out.
In the spreadsheet, mark if you are
(1) interested in the 2 queen bed room at $239, OR
(2) 2 queen bed with a luxurious lake view at $259, AND
(3) are you planning on a 3 night stay? We’re not locked into 3 nights with this, FINALLY
(4) are you interested in sharing a room?
After we get the answers to (1)-(4) we can see about how to divide up and in the lake view rooms, we can talk about putting three people in there to get the cost down.
@OffTheDole, out of curiosity, how do these rates stack up with what you have?
In case anybody needs to know, @mikedabomb is a fucking wonderful hang both on and off the golf course, should a situation arise where you need a roommate.

Averaged out to $293.50 a night when taxes, etc. were included.
