I’m dead on -15 at as well! Fingers crossed we get a bunch of schmucks that shoot worse than that and pump up the participation (since it’s just 60% of the week, not a specific number)

I haven’t played my Refuge rounds yet, but hand up I did not realize how impossible the pin was for day 2 with the default green speeds, if that is the issue. I know I played it in a test round but I didn’t recall any issues, I need to pay more attention. My apologies for the mess up
I came to whine about the pin on 3 in the 2nd round. I hit it to 5 feet left and had a putt breaking about two feet, missed it low and went down 65 feet to the front of the green

I had this happen to me, approach came up a couple feet short of the top tier, rolled off the front, tried to skid a spinner up the top of the slope, came back to my feet.
I just finished the second round, the one on 16 could easily be missed if you manage to hit the fairway and hit a good wedge but that shelf is pretty comically small. Might be more a take about the hole in real life than anything, seems like it crosses the line into goofy.

Some of the greens this week…sheesh.
If hole 3 plays like that in real life I might have to reconsider Pasa’s place on my bucket list courses, lol

Yeah, all this week has shown me is that I have no interest in playing this course in a video game, much less spending $300+ to play it in real life.
They don’t from my recollection. I think some of LIDRAR courses really don’t translate well to this game when it comes to the greens.
Greens are tough for sure. I know at least one of the LIDAR folks is subscribed to that green-reading app that gives you a heat map of the greens, and uses that to correct some of the LIDAR stuff, and make it play a but more accurately, but there’s definitely a limitation in the physics

I will say that it is never my goal to make a course unplayable, but I’m here for the content. Also I’m sorry for the frustration I have caused.

You know what, for a true Dumpster Fire I may schedule an event at Dante’s Hole II with very high winds. I’ll give a crisp digital high five to anyone who finishes under par. Maybe an off-season thing.

Default course conditions are hard enough, but for those who like pain, the impossible challenge is very high winds, v firm and v fast everything, TGCT master settings
