If anyone is still having trouble with getting vibration to work, found this
also found under steam controller setting that “Playstation controller support” needs to be “enabled” not “enabled in games w/o support” for the vibration to work while playing via bluetooth. Though the vibration isn’t quite as strong as when playing wired
