Just have to say You’re Welcome to whoever ends up winning in CSuite this week. I was handily going to take the lead in the clubhouse through hole 15 in round 3. Put up a 9 on #16. I had 3 chips and a putt roll from the flag off the front of the green. Finished -2 for the round. 28 under par heading into the final round…ugh

God, I royally shit my pants in round 3. Had the chance to actually compete in Strapped B for the first time in a while after posting a -10 and -8 in 1 and 2. Proceed to go out and post a +2 in round three. Missed 8 legitimate birdie putts that I would have made in the first two rounds and made some bad doubles. Tabacco Road was awesome, though.

Ouch. I’m not sure why the front of that green even exists. Nothing will stay on it. Played the hole -1 for the tournament and feel good about it.
R3 with the short tees was easily the hardest of the 3 rounds. Baited you to take some risks from the tee that rarely paned out.
Cruising towards a t5 finish and then holy shit this happened after driving it to 15’ and making the putt.
And then two holes later I holed out my approach shot for another alby.
Unfortunately the golf gods balanced me out with lip outs on 15, 16 and 18 so I finished two shots behind the big boys.
It’s good to be back in competition and thank you to @timshel for the extra motivation.

It definitely helped being left handed on 11 and 16.
Damn didn’t even consider that. Adding that extra little bit with a fast swing over the lower part of the trees would help for sure.
But we all know real men and women get an albatross from the fairway, like I have, twice.

Don’t worry. I played my rounds.
When your R2 scores puts you 14th over all you just send it in R3. Went for everything. The bogey on 14 should have been a triple. Dunked one in the water and got a lucky chip in for 4.
Was a roller coaster of a round. This is what spieth must have felt like.
