Right - but for 2K23 didn’t we have it on? Just trying to work out what has changed beyond the obvious very different swing mechanics
If it’s “off” it still shows when you press the button for shot shaping, but isn’t there for putting.
Nope if you hit triangle on PlayStation it pops back up. Also the Tgctours test tournaments are up and the feedback is completely off as of now

I’ll have to experiment with the settings, I just checked 2K23 and the pro vision traj was fully off for our settings.
I think what we had was the stock shot trajectory would show up (like what it would do without any adjustments). I don’t see an option to have that show on this game. I just know for sure a trajectory line appears initially on 23
Perhaps on the PS society the setting was on Pro Vision Traj: aim only. Since I only had the PC society that could have been something we overlooked. I am certainly open to leaving it as an option on aiming.

The PS society was set to “On” for trajectory, but that is not the issue I am talking about, I don’t care if it disappears when I stop moving the aim point.
2K25 does not have a Pro Vision: True Shot setting. On 2K23 we have that off, so even with Trajectory on I see the base trajectory but no matter how massive of a shape I put on it, the line stays the same and I just have to imagine what my actual shot is going to do different from the line. On 2K25, because there is no True Shot setting, if we turn on the trajectory line then it will adjust as you adjust the shape of the shot.
Gotcha, we can experiment with that on/off and see if there is an overall preference.
Keep at it with the Q school, I had to try 4 or 5 times to get through. Sawgrass is not kind to a lower level player, now that I’ve started leveling up and increasing stats it’s become much easier

I guess if trajectory wasn’t even supposed to be available for PS on 2K23 then forget I ever mentioned that point. Just feel bad that I (all of us?) was on a slightly different difficulty, not sure if it was open or what. I can’t actually see the settings without entering an event but I know I had my local settings matching what I was using in the society
That’s the reason TGT is going legend, since everyone can actually play with all the same settings.
no worries! This time it will at least be much easier to sync everything up with the one society. Did the active event disappear for everyone else? I went to the society and it’s gone, I had an event going
I guess one added difference I am experiencing (that I really don’t mind given how hard I am finding everything else) is that yardage adjustments from True Shot shaping are being shown on screen. On 2K23 that was all feel if you tried to hit a wedge a little lower to get a few extra yards, that sort of thing
Yes. When I played my first round earlier it said it was open for only 3 more hours so it must have just closed
