for your first archetype, I would recommend starting with technician. I just added a 2nd player with that after trying powerhouse and it’s a night and day difference.

Anyone else feel like Pro swing difficulty feels markedly easier compared to 23? I’m not having much issue at all with the off center path and the timing is so much easier

I tried legendary and the only thing I don’t like is if you pick fade or draw you have to swing in to out or out to in on the stick which is a little unnatural. Got the hang of it after a few holes but still meh
That’s a thing in the latest EA game, although as far as I can tell the overall swing mechanic in EA has always been much easier with more leeway.
I’m downloading the demo now to see what it’s all about, which is sure to bode well for my Butt Cup performance in 23.
Called “First Look” and requires pre-purchase of the game as far as I can tell.
On Steam/PC the first look is a freebee.

Oh nice, good to know. It prompted me to verify that I had already purchased it on Steam so it looked like that was a prerequisite.

They made the big area right of the 10th fairway at Scottsdale OB. That used to be an awesome shortcut.

Watched a few videos from the top players. The game is definitely harder than 2k23 once you get to the appropriate settings. Here’s a good video showcasing all the differences

There’s an option in the settings to turn this off, Swing Bias or something like that
