strange time to release a golf game. i would think right around the masters would be when golf has the most buzz.
Probably when EA is releasing if Augusta is on their cover, they did delay the release to âSpring 2023â
thatâs true. 2k probably doesnât want to compete with EA as far as release date being that HB is a pretty small developer.

i definitely will as will. someone has said it on here before but the EA single player will be super fun if you can get past the micro transactions and the 2k multiplayer and course designer will be super fun.

I could see October working as a release date. The current game came out in August and people barely had a heads up for its release date as well and it still sold like crazy compared to previous games.
Release in October, get the sickos to pay full price, discount on Black Friday and sell a bunch more to everyone upset the golf season is over + Christmas. Gives you a pretty good headstart over EA
Theyâd better announce Switch soon, or Iâm gonna have to drop 500 bucks for a PS5 to keep my video golf game career going, arenât I?

2K is making an announcement on Monday (what that announcement is, who knows), there is a pre-order up on Amazon for October so weâll see if thatâs accurate.

Bookmarking for later, am prepared to go full Big Brain on the course. Side note, I will go up to HB Studios and slap someone if they donât include proper pot bunkers for 2K23, absolute must for links golf.

Trailer and release dates are out for 2K23, October 11 for the special editions, 14th for regular it looks like.
An important note here for our players, the admin team has plans to get the game at launch and will be creating the in-game societies for the Refuge Tour, assuming they are keeping a similar online play model.

Live and Work in the Emirates Open - WEEK 8 UPDATE
A quick reminder at the top here for all players to communicate with your team principals if you are unable to play an event. This will help reduce DNFs and make sure all teams can get their whole lineup to log scores. Any player who DNFs will be given the highest score in their flight for the purposes of the team total.
Remember, it is in your best interest to post scores for events if you can even if youâre not on a team, we have an individual title to go for as well.
In the Constructorâs championship this week, Ferrari pulls through and capitalizes on a faltering Red Bull team, now very close behind in the points race.
AlphaTauri puts together some solid play for P2, and McLaren showing they can still content for podiums with P3.
Individual flight winners:
- Young Hitters: @WhineyCracker52 pips @BlakeG by 1, it was a 2 horse race in YH with some crazy low numbers being put up by both players.
- C-Suite: @Toblerone47 is one of only two players in C-Suite to go double digits under each round, and gets the W
- Strapped: @bonafide_slide fended off a couple close chasers, but held out in the end
- LPCP: @Whitebro is another close winner
- Misc Hitters: a much closer leaderboard this week with @beetle805 beating @ItzFashionBro in a scorecard playoff
