@timshel wtf man? I already had a fitting for my green jacket! Posting scores day 1 then waiting around to see if it holds is the worst. I now know how it feels to sleep on big lead.

I’m all for this. Downswing tempo in this game is such trash especially when object meter gets loaded up and the Xbox gets all goofed up
Are these the TGCT settings? I often play better on those settings and haven’t been able to figure out why. Maybe this is it?
TGCT settings are the same as Refuge Tour except 1) no power meter option and 2) master swing difficulty instead of pro.
The NTT lifestyle takes the TGCT settings and then turns off the pesky swing timing. There’s no more 101% red fast draws and instead you have to choose to impart draw/fade with the spin mechanics…or just feel out your power w/ backswing length and let your swing path + wind dictate the outcome.
Shouldn’t Tuesday virtual golf be a bit more enjoyable than the rest of the week?

hmm, just played 9 holes with these settings and it’s jarring. So turning off the swing timing basically eliminates the shot variance? Every shot, more less, goes straight now. Sure, it’s easier but is that better? Not sure.

Hah in all seriousness though, just was able to finally stay consistent over four rounds. Left a few out there but didn’t have any blow ups. We’ll see if it holds up!

Shadow tour is now live on xbox, search ‘Refuge Shadow Tour’. I put up Wood Duck Dunes for a couple extra days so we could get that course in, then we’ll follow the shadow commissioner’s schedule more closely.

I think the intention is to have a society to play other courses and get more rounds in. No spreadsheet as of now, but knowing @mctrees02 he’s got a much bigger plan down the line.
Looks like @mctrees02 is just noting the winner and their score, so I can just do the same for xbox

the Refuge Premier League is currently looking for investment partners to support our growth. Otherwise it’s just a society to play better courses in a non-dumpster fire fashion.
