Pimento or chicken salad salad doesn’t miss there
I think it was the first time I had pimento with jalapeños (which in hindsight is an obvious win).
When I make it at home, I add some fresh diced as well as a little of the picked jalepeno juice.

I implore everyone that is lucky enough to go to the masters, eat the pimento cheese sandwich and the egg salad sandwich at the same time.
Also if you have the opportunity add pimento cheese to a fried chicken sandwich/biscuit

I’m in for the night, after risking life and limb to get the wife and kid pizza with this ice, gonna have to go out and get some pimento cheese spread on Friday, since I’m stuck in the stupid office tomorrow.

They were out of chicken biscuits every time I tried to get one.

Barramundi, pan seared with skin on. Walnut gremolata on it. Roasted potatoes and kale salad with dried cranberries and lemon vinaigrette.
I’m not fancy, it was a free Blue Apron type of meal.
