I know, that’s why I made no references to anything and tried to overemphasize the Deepest Lake on Earth. And yet, here we are.

All,

Due to money I just had to fork out for my girl Millie’s vet bill, it’s probably best I back out of that pre OPE round at Erin Hills. Hate to do it but need to be a tad financially responsible.

P.S. Millie says she is feeling much better and advises everyone to watch out for stray nails!

Before reading the paragraph, I thought Millie stepped on a broken tee

WOW. Now i really wish he was able to join us on the back 9 that day. Would be interesting to have that personal interaction with him in memory to compare to whatever in the world all that was.

1 year ago, wish this was the weather today.

The lake effect snow machine refuses to quit. Another foot in the forecast this weekend. Oh and 70mph gusts tonight.

Might schedule a business trip to DSM in the next few weeks just for the hell of it. No reason in particular.

Sorry to hear about Millie’s paw. Wishing her a speedy recovery.

To the rest of you bitches and hoes, we now have one (1) spot open at Erin Hills on Thursday before the Ope. Come through.

Hell yeah - let’s get Interpol involved… don’t think they’ve got anything going on right now

Still part of the most legendary 13 cap golf ever recorded. Birdie, birdie, quad, triple, par, double, birdie… what a time to be alive

Are we still talking about the Ope Concert?

The quad was especially sick

I commend you for keeping it together on that chipping expedition. I wouldn’t not have been so level headed in that moment

Believe me, I was holding on for dear life to preserve the vibes for you guys.

The 1-iron stinger to set up the bird on 10 was also pretty good.

Still to this day can’t wrap my head around that shot. 210 into the fan when it’s 50 degrees and you have to carve it around a tree. I was certainly half mast

you never miss, do you?

edit: well besides that tee-time on woodlands with me last year.
