Song is applicable to many parts of my life. The Ope is certainly one of those things.

If you could make one change to the Lawsonia facility as a whole, what would it be?

Create a sick little par-3 course where the longest yardage is sub 100yds.

Add an awesome Himalayas style putting course.

How many par 3 courses could they build if we blew up Woodlands?

I actually deleted the “Blow up the Woodlands course and…” that I had written in my previous post before I posted it! :joy:

The Woodlands serves one purpose and it is a worthy one… it keeps the Links course tee sheet from being overrun. So, for that reason, I say keep it alive.

But to answer your question, you could probably make a 72-hole par 3 course that would be delightful.

I’d do it by closing the roads that run through the course and putting it here. Would create an awesome hang by the clubhouse and links 10 and 18.

As cool as it would be to have more golf related items on the premises, i would advocate to have a facility for people to be able to stay on the edge of the property that included a bar/restaurant that was open a bit later (food service included) allowing the post round hangs to be near by, and reducing the necessity for people to scatter as much as we do.

I believe one of these roads is necessary to reach some houses, but love this.

How large of a septic system would you install?

There’s other ways to those houses. They can drive around.

I think these two are an issue.

Remember when that Subaru drove right past us on the Woodlands?

Allegedly there’s another road there that gets them out. If it isn’t actually there, there’s plenty of space to add it.

Listen, I thought about that but didn’t want to take business away from the restaurant in the club house.
