How many guys will be in town Friday night? I think five of us are local (3 on FCF, 2 on OATW). We could pick a place for some drinks/food.

Knowing the event is this weekend has really helped with the Masters hangover.

So bummed I can’t make it this weekend! Play well!

I’ll add that if anyone coming to town is passing through Findlay, so most likely from the south, or wants to pop down this way, would be happy to go out for some dinner and drinks, play 9, or play the par 3 course here

Found it!

It’s a 5x7 and it has the club motto on it.

cc: @Conley76 - not sure how you want to handle this one. Include it in another package. Run it on its own. We could do a raffle for it before/during the event. Up to you, but I’m bringing it.

4 dozen donuts will be arriving Saturday morning for everyone’s enjoyment. A very healthy assortment. Well, healthy in variety. They’re still donuts after all.

Small update after talking with our contact at the course

They open at 730am. I assumed 7, or at least that we’d be able to get there at 7 and they could leave some range balls out for us, but I guess they are gated and someone has to unlock it. This means that if you have an early tee time, be there before the gates open if you want to hit some range balls to warm up. It’s going to be a chilly morning, so factor that into your decision. You can also be smart like me and plug the heating pad into the outlet in your car to get your back warmed up on the drive to the course!

We will gather near the clubhouse at 745-750 for quick announcements and team photos, and then the first group will be off. He did request we try to hit our first tee time on each 9, or at least not be late to them, in case they have public play they’re trying to work around us. With the weather looking cold, I’m guessing it won’t be a big issue, but just be aware that we need folks to be ready to go when we hit our windows. I don’t know that it will matter too much what order you go in after the morning, so if your whole foursome is back and ready to go while a group whose time is in front of yours still has someone on the previous course, go ahead and go. Full ready golf

@meathaus 's post in TSR made me think we should probably have an informal swap meet if we have down time on Saturday.
