NLU's Ryder Cup Road Trip

Are we going to hear it from BMW for not including the sponsor in the thread title?

This is the Chef’s Table of the NLUCU. Cold open on a personal anecdote. String driven opening music and b-roll. Cheeky editing touch (TV fuzz) in the expository interviews. Finding a weirdly specific focus during the bulk of the episode. Loved it!

I know. This is the type of stuff that makes me shocked that a larger media entity hasn’t tried to partner with the guis. Maybe they have tried and it wasn’t going to be the right fit or something, idk. But this is the type of stuff where I can truthfully say that I have seen pretty much all of the golf content that’s out there from Golf Channel, to EAL, Foreplay, PGA Tour, and anyone in between, and NO ONE matches what NLU puts out on a consistent basis. Somehow they give me exactly what I want, nothing less, nothing more. They truly have separated themselves from the pack and that’s something that’s not easy to do.

Okay, enough fanboying for today.

There was that ESPN Tour Sauce segment during the Wednesday Masters coverage. It was good! Wouldn’t surprise me if we see more in the future.

The discussion around conditions being a complete coin flip hit me in my core. Literally a guessing game in the fall season for the Midwest

@djpie @Soly i was rewatching the Ryder cup road trip, and I was wondering if you guys were not invited to check out Oakland hills or if this was right around the time the renovation started.
