I’m going to be in the same boat, hoping to walk but may need to ride depending on the condition of my foot and knee. But also dont want to be the only jag in a cart if everyone else is waking.
Same here. Ankle has been acting up the last week. I dislocated it 10 years ago and it flairs up every once in a while.
If I was playing a short goat track, I’d lean towards a push cart. At SCC, I’d prefer to ride, but won’t be the only one in a cart hah
If anyone wants to ride up tomorrow shoot me a PM. Leaving NKY just before 6.
I’ve got a company car that can easily take 2 more people up and save you on gas.
Getting old sucks.
Looking at surgery as the only option to fix this.
Sorry for getting back to you late on this. When I was at the course this morning Jake said they had “a few” so if you get there at 8:00, I bet you can snag them up.
I think @NightTrainLane may need a ride.
How much rain has Springfield got? I’m assuming it’s a leather shoe day tomorrow, right?

Here is the Twitter for the head of turf over there. The Dayton area has had a decent amount of rain the past week or so. You can see 3 days ago they didn’t have carts out.
Like a good agent, @JAD is there.
What’s the Cincinnati coffee scene like? Where do I need to visit sat morning?
If you can get to Coffee Emporium (especially the Hyde Park location) you will be happy.
A bit out of the way, but this is hard to beat. Probably 25 minutes from Kenwood.
Depends where you’re staying. Proud Hound is a solid spot and their food looks awesome.
Just landed. Honestly swiping right more than I thought I would.
I had a great time this weekend! Springfield CC lived up to the hype, MadTree was fun, and our setup at the Queen City Championship was the best spot on the property.
Congrats to everyone that earned NIT spots yesterday. Thanks to the entire team and @Privatecollection for planning such an awesome event!
Not sure if I had more 3-putts or cold beers, but it was a blast y’all. Commissioners Club was awesome yesterday. Hopefully everyone enjoyed a @MerchCzar Beluga Juice or 4 Friday night. To those of you I got to know a little bit, thanks for the conversation. To those of you I didn’t, let’s change that soon.
Shoutout to everyone who made the journey in from out of town. Shoutout to @Privatecollection for making the world go ‘round. Shoutout to Lauren Coughlin for puke & rallying, making the cut, and hanging out Friday and Saturday after her round. I think the “homecoming” needs to become an annual event @Tron @Randy @Soly @djpie
That was the first time I competed for something I actually cared about on the golf course. It was motivating. I’ll be back next year trying to secure that NIT spot. Cincy people, hit me up. Let’s go launch ‘em!
Friday was probably my favorite round of golf. SCC exceeded expectations and I’m trying to justify a non-resident membership so I can play it again and again and learn to not putt off the green on 16 and 18.
I had been out of town because of family emergency for 2 weeks, and hadn’t seen my kids outside of FaceTime. Decided to take them out on Saturday, and it didn’t go well. My daughter got some high fives a ball, but they were ready to bail as soon as we got done in the gift shop. Amateur mistake by me for going there first. Glad everyone had a great time.
Look forward to teeing it up with some of you guys in the near future. Would love for this to become an annual NLU event.
Great weekend! Thanks to all who helped organize the event and to the NLU guys for entertaining my fanboy questions. If anyone finds themselves in Bloomington, IN - I’d be happy to show you around the new, tough Pfau Course.
