Really? I guess I was wowed by what I saw driving through on 69. I grew up 45 miles South in Alto, which is one third the size.
As a Texas ex, itās hard to talk much shit about ou on the field. Although if yāall cared about national titles as much as you do about beating Texas, we might be talking about an Alabama level of dominance.

Well it was 1500 population in city limits when I was in high school, but yes itās doubled in size because everyone has moved south and wants to go to school there now. But I was just calling it small because it is right beside Tyler which is much bigger.
I guess Iām easily impressed. I just saw there was a golf course and a private school and a bunch of retail and assumed it was a booming suburb of Tyler. Which I guess it is, but a booming suburb of Tyler is a little different from a booming suburb of Austin.
I hear that several families in Alto are driving their kids up to Bullard every day to go to that private school.
Yes, Brook Hill. I went there in middle school for a few years. Itās tripled in size in the last 15 years as well. The town itself is still just a 4 way stop though.

Very Texas of you to say that all we care about is beating Texas when I sent a picture from after a game that was not played against Texas.
Will be interesting to see which team overcomes the in fighting due to college allegiances. Something the captains should look at for pairings.
