NLU Pro Shop (Part 2)

I’m 6’5" and around 300 pounds and the 3XL is a glorious fit for polos and hoodies. I can’t tuck the polos in though, so they have to stay in the muni rotation. The crewnecks and vests are tight. And the Q-Zips seem to fluctuate item to item for some reason.

The new pocket tee shirts are awesome. Even got multiple compliments from my wife. Highly recommend them.

The Angus and grace goes golfing mock neck she wasn’t as excited about but I absolutely loved it as well. Excellent material and weight to it

will echo the pocket tees - grabbed two and almost regret not grabbing a couple more (especially since it would have put me over the free shorts number lmao). Showed up yesterday and they’re great

Cross-Atlantic shipping can suuuuuuck

How do these T-shirts fit with the relaxed fit? I waffle between a medium and large

I would say slightly on the bigger side but not in an offensive way if that makes sense. A true in between I would say lean smaller

Just had the same question. I’m a tweener as well, shirts are 100% cotton. So I went up hoping that when they shrink the relaxed fit will be perfect.

Fair point mine is unwashed so maybe they’ll hit the “true to size” once washed

Are they comfort colors? They tend to shrink in the dryer a good amount in width and length FYI

They are comfort colors, and they are not supposed to shrink up a ton per Gildan, but as always, I encourage people to wash cold and HANG DRY pretty much everything! Your clothes will hold up better no matter what they are that way

This this this. Better for the environment too. If you deal with detergent residue as a result, I’ve found woolite’s dark color protection detergent does a great job not leaving any residue behind. It’s good for more than just dark denim!

I can hardly be bothered to remove the clothes from the laundry basket after they get taken out of the dryer much less putting them on hangers!

How about laying them over drying rack rungs?

Every time I hang dry the clothes come out stiff. Any solutions to this?

Don’t have hard water

Interesting. I’ve had the opposite experience with Comfort Colors. With my SSC and Trap Golf purchases, I switched to drying on low from hang drying so they didn’t get as wrinkly. As someone who normally needs tall sized tee shirts, etc. these seem to always fit well even after drying.

I hang dry and then put them in for a 30 min air dry cycle to soften em up. Works well for me.

I have not had an issue with that even here in Las Vegas with hard ass water - though we have a water softening system in the house and for non-athletic type clothing, i use a liquid fabric softener in the washing machine.

I would also challenge you to use LESS detergent. Many people use way too much, and by doing that, it can make clothes stiffer and have a waxy feel. 1 oz/2 TBSP of today’s concentrated detergent is more than enough, especially with HE machines. And if you use PODS, 1 is enough for a full load. Detergent attracts dirt, and when there is too much it doesn’t rinse fully out of the clothing if you use too much. The lines on the dosing cup are usually way too much (the detergent companies want you to run out faster so you buy more anyway LOL).
