To be fair - the Ward sweaters on H&B’s own website are $175. It’s not the branded sweater, it’s just the sweater. Which is totally understandable.

Clearance team stand up. I LOVE the bright orange one I got back in June. Waited til a week ago to be able to wear it, and have worn it 3 times already. Probably will again Sunday.

I’ve never seen the prices on the NLU store more than retail on a source’s site so it’s not like they upcharge at all for you to wear “NLU” gear.
In fact, if you like a certain brand, it’s just a great opportunity to buy something at 15% off with quick free shipping and easy returns.
I think there’s a post a month or two back where Tron goes into detail about the price increases, so the reasoning is there if you want to find it.
Full transparency, I held off this release not because I didn’t think it was worth it, but I might already have too many long sleeve/outerwear items in my closet for living in a place that is 75-95 degrees most of the year.

Anyone else having trouble logging in? Even when I try to reset my password with my nest-assosciated email it says there was no account found with that email.

Having the same issue. Logged into refuge & nest profile - trying to get into proshop and I get the login page. I use the same login info and it gives me a wrong email or password error.
What’d you do to resolve?
Edited: I created an account for the store - using same email/pw as nest. Seemed to resolve the issue

I shot @ChickPhilA a DM and she was able to send me an email to re-activate or confirm my account or something. Got me right in

Yeah it seems you can’t just login with your nest email and password, you have to create a seperate store account with the same email.

Nest backend and Shopify (pro shop) are two separate systems, and Shopify API is wonky, so when you sign up for the Nest, it creates account in Shopify, but you have to activate the customer profile. So don’t click forgot password button.

The Ward is definitely a luxury item. It’s a well made sweater that looks even better with some wear, IMO.
I have some things from H&Bs competitors that were slightly less expansive, but didn’t hold up near as well.

First bit of negative feedback for anything I’ve ever ordered. The Athletic Polo (no brand) - the logo on the chest is uncomfortably itchy on the chest and makes it borderline unwearable without a tshirt under. I’m not seeking any refund or exchange but just saying this so you guys know and can make an informed decision going forward. @ChickPhilA @MerchCzar @Tron
