I had to return my Hybrid camo hoodie, which I was pretty bummed about, as it fit a little more snugly than this husky dood could abide….
I just wanna say for the record that other than Amazon who basically lets you set their shit on fire, take it to a Kohl’s, and then gives you a full refund and a Kohl’s gift certificate - that NLU has the best return process I’ve ever experienced from an online retailer. @MerchCzar disrupted the hell out of slangin polos and koozies. Thanks, fellas.

Yeah they set up a little stand in the bedding section of ours. Don’t need to rebox or label anything. Just show the person a qr code on phone and hand them the item. Your receipt comes with some type of offer whether it be kohls cash or just a % off.

Yes. And they give you a 5 dollar gift card for your trouble. The downside is you have to physically go to Kohl’s which is enough to bum any functional human all the way out. The upside is, according to @PTM, it’s a hotbed for the mature crowd, if that’s your scene.
