I thought so, but I’ve only worn mine a couple of times.
Absolutely love mine
Same. The only reason I haven’t worn it more is because it just recently got warm enough up here for that style hat.
Richardson buckets > Imperial buckets
Richardson hats are the GOAT, super short on supply right now.
Anyone know the thickness of the NLU Performance White polo? I have a few of the colors, but want to make sure the white isn’t going to be a little too revealing without an undershirt.
I have one and it’s a little thinner than I would like. I essentially only wear it under Q-zips at this point.
Circling back as I do a few times per year on the closed back/flexfit/fitted/what have you hats
Big seller waiting to happen…
Peyronne’s tee?
Probably still has a few more swings in it!
I accidently used it on 18 while trying to drive the green but it is safely put away at this point.
Got the NLU “bandon” rain hat from the shop earlier this spring and finally put it to work yesterday. Paired with my footjoy rain pants/jacket kept me bone dry during the 4 hours of alt shot tournament I played yesterday. My hair didn’t even get damp!
100% would recommend.
I had this happen recently too. The Western Birch tees are so durable that a well struck wedge off a WB tee sometimes just chips it like that rather than snap in half.
Just wanted to give a huge shout out. Ordered a hat on Monday and was having second thoughts as to whether or not it would come in time for a trip I’m taking Sunday since shipping said 5-7 business days. Got it today!
Quick question is the big bucket good to get wet? Imperial’s site shows you can wet their bucket, not sure if the NLU is the same one. Anyone have any idea?
If you’re not getting wet are you even playing?
I’m 99% sure that those are two different hats. I have the Big Bucket and I’m also 99% sure that it’s just fine getting wet but it’s not really gonna stay wet and keep you cool.
They are different hats. I have the nLU and my club did a version of the one they advertise for getting wet. Both great hats and I think you can dunk the nLU hat and get some cooling effect but it’s not made specifically for that.
The NLU is Imperial Seabird.
I think it’s the best sun hat. Fits great and nice airflow.
The Norse fits great but is a little more substantial fabric.
I have both styles in the rotation.
The wet Norse hat feels good for 5 minutes, and then it is just steamy on your head. I skip it.
