I got receipts
I never actually know if this is a threat. Going to assume it is, to which I will respond
Yep we have had talks with them about that already. The âPlay Nowâ wording was added for that reason. To get it out of âevent setupâ mindset for single foursomes or less playing who want to use it to keep score.
I just updated the app and went to set up playing for just me at my club on both UKG and GHIN.
6 screens to click through/set up on GHIN. 7 on UKG. I wish you didnât have to put a tee time in to start scoring (thatâs that last page on UKG) but it took me almost the same amount of time to set up a single round for myself on both apps.
Okay thatâs fair, I guess the part thatâs really getting me is actually entering the score. On GHIN itâs one screen that auto advances from one hole to the next. With UKG, each hole is its own screen with at least two clicks. Thatâs my biggest gripe.
Yall make birdies?
Designed with you in mind.
So this is the inner-inner-inner circle?
As long as we all agree the net prize isnât recognized
Two clicks! Better get to training
Honestly UKG is super easy.
x18 holes. My point is that for a slick looking app with lots of features, it should be a hell of a lot easier to enter a score vs GHIN and itâs not; and the GHIN app kinda stinks.
Man I really hoped (and wouldâve preferred) that the hot new Virtual Golf Competition wouldâve been on some VR golf game rather than UKG
@ChickPhilA Quick Question: If I play in a roost event that automatically posts to GHIN from UKG will that round be counted for the Ring?
Couple birdies today so hopefully I did it right and get credit
- 0-5
- 6-10
- 11-15
- 16-20
- 21+
Did you register for the ring at the link above in the nlu website? If so, yes. If not, no.
Mrs Phil A. I recorded a score yesterday. How do I know if it took?
Go to The Ring: Virtual Golf Competitions | No Laying Up where the leaderboards are.
Not sure it counted my scores.
Did you leave the box checked to have the scores pushed to USGA/GHIN?
