Today I learned about the difference between fiance and fiancee. Thanks MerchCzar!

TaylorMade, Wilson and Cleveland do, if you want to buy as a new set. I think NancyLopez does too but they have no sets showing on their site

LH lady here!

Callaway does for sure - the pre-owned site is great. I bought my current set there. Thye might have one of the “Solataire” starter sets.

My first starter set was Clevland. Just got it at Golf Town.

Taylormade allegedly does…They don’t have LH ladies options on their website though…One of my girlfriends is also LH and she got a starter set at SportChek. So there’s definitely option out there!

I bought my daughter a Cobra set secondhand that had women’s shafts. But I can’t say fer shur whether they were stock or not, so I guess I’m worthless.

They have a set on GolfTown, Kalea 3 12-Piece Package Set | TAYLORMADE | Golf Town Limited
Though I think it’s hefty price for a beginner or someone that may or may not love golf.

Just had this convo earlier today with my fiance. Didnt know the difference until she posted this

Canada having a golf store called “Golf Town” while the USA has “Golf Galaxy” will never not be funny to me.

Omg the selection at Golf Galaxy! Do they ship to Canada…?!

Update - They do not.

The TaylorMade Kalea set is a fantastic beginner set. At the top end of the cost spectrum but I highly recommend.

Took a big chance today and ordered this as soon as they were released.

We’ll see if the size chart led me to the correct size…

I was looking for a winter quilted jacket (it’s cold here in Delaware!) so I could wear fewer layers and swing better. I looked at the Adidas FrostGuard jacket, but didn’t want to pay $180 list price for it. A bit of googling and I found it on eBay, brand new with tags, for $39.95, and free shipping. It arrived today and I can’t wait to try it out.

Order arrived today! Thanks for the help @MerchCzar and @sundaybag

Going with large for the vest was the right call - I could have gotten away with the medium but large is much better for layering. To other ladies interested in NLU clothing would 100% recommend the NLU Ladies Quilted Vest. Can’t wait to pair it with a sweater or long sleeve for a spring/fall evening. Good design and built well for ladies with the stretchy sides…

Could have gone either way with the technical full zip (M or L) but the large will be a good layering option. Would recommend too for sure! Hope to see you guys add some more of the Levelwear and branch out into additional colours!

Sweet glad everything worked out.

Any suggestions you might have are INCREDIBLY helpful in the ladies category. Need you all to be our North Star!

Update. The forray jumpsuit arrived today and I’m in love.

The chest is just a smidge too big but because of the design with the elastic waist gathering and having sleeves it doesn’t “look” big.

Super luxe fabric.

Can’t wait to have no snow here and wear it out!!

Not sure where to post this, but shout out to the @gruetergolf pod with their interveiw with golf architect Christine Fraser. Not only a fellow Canuck but awesome to hear from a female architect. Not sure I’ve ever heard an interview with a female golf architect. And yes, more washrooms on the course!

I hadn’t heard her name before a couple of weeks ago but saw a tweet of hers. Haven’t listened to the Grueter golf pod but will give it a listen now. She has worked on (and is somehow connected to - family maybe?) Camden Braes in Eastern Ontario. My old beer league hockey team used to have a cottage/golf weekend and one of the courses we played was Camden Braes (a pretty typical farmland, homegrown course).

Thanks Sarah! A friend of ours sent us an article about her (here), we read it, became fans instantly, and slid into her DMs. She was so cool! And her grandparents built Camden Braes themselves (literally moved the rocks & dirt), which was the reason she wanted to be a course designer from a young age. Looking forward to getting her to the US at some point, seems like she would be really fun to hang out with-- hopefully border will open back up before some events this season!

If anybody is interested in listening, you can check it out here.

Started the Low Expectations pod from the beginning yesterday, shouldn’t take long at this pace to get this one! Loving it so far.
