A very unique look at Sawgrass and a really cool video idea. Glad to see the film room evolution this year
The concept and execution here is so, so good.
I felt some things on that first approach shot.
Really, really loving the low camera angles coming from the front and behind the greens to show the green complexes in detail. Not really anything I’ve seen before.
Loving the concept, and when are the team going to bring Hueber on board permanently? Give him the Film Room franchise already!
Always love Hueber on film rooms. It seems like he genuinely enjoys doing them.
Is the wooden walk-way all around the back of 17 new? Or have I missed something?
Loved it.
How about a sequel at Royal Greens GC in KAEC?
That was added I want to say in the last 2 or 3 years? I’m not sure if they leave it up for tournament time or not, but you can see where they have the grass pathway roped off so it doesn’t get as much traffic leading up to the event.
This is my public appeal for @Tron to go to the claw on all putts.
wonderful display of just how average the approach play is of even a low, single digit handicapper (good golfer).
@tron on 16
Fully expected him to blow 3 into the water there.
Live look at @Tron somewhere in Jax.
bit of a backwards compliment but a compliment nonetheless! i think highlights a lot of perception related items for what good golf actually looks like.
I just skipped through to count. He hit 22 approach / non-putting short game shots. My estimate, he hit 12 of them solidly. And of those 12, maybe on 4 did what he actually wanted (1, 5, 8, 18).
being really good at golf is controlling your approach shots 20% of the time. there’s hope for us!
There is a great lesson for me on those two front nine par fives in going for it with a fairway wood when you could hit a mid iron and a wedge and never ever make bogey, and I am pretty sure I will flat-out refuse to learn from it.
Watching Hueber hit some of these shots knowing that he appears to be more than likely hanging it up is such a wild example of how impossible professional golf is.
The moment they thought Huber holed that tee ball on the par 4! That would of been so sick!
