no sir. believe it’s alluded to in the video, but one of Reagan’s policies was referred to as trickle down economics (I’ll spare you on those details 
). So the Reagan ball is a shot (in this case a chip) that slowly trickles its way down to the hole

I agree. Would you go as far as to call it a crush? Your comment reminded me of the Seinfeld episode where George has a crush on Elaine’s boyfriend Tony. I pictured filling DJ into George’s role and Neil playing Tony and haven’t stopped laughing since.
