I’m sorta in this boat, my issue is my wife says I snore “LOUDLY” and alcohol only intensifies the effect so I don’t want to be that guy who annoys the shit out of my house mates at night. I’ve also been know to wake up in the middle of the night and yell “EVERYBODY GET THE FUCK DOWN” repeatedly, but its been years since I’ve done that.

I had that concern too. Don’t let that hold you down. Just be up front about it ( CHECK! ), and come up with alternative/creative solutions. Once people have a few Rangers and Claws in them, they can sleep through a LOT. #HaveCPAPWillTravel #AintProud

Morning everyone!
Officially paid up and excited to be returning to the NIT and Jax Beach this year. Golf will be golfed, yums yucked and shenanigans shenaniganned. Events like this are always great to see friends and meet new people.
Also I’m one of @kmart796 early investors as well as bringing my partner to her first NLU event so if any other NIT’ers are bringing guests we should link up(her plan is to enjoy the pool and oasis of the AirBnb Friday/Saturday).
As to my bonafides: @CG91OD @CSquared07 and @jayslagle should be able to vouch for my overall good roommate vibes. @Waffles that I am both good and terrible with gambling winnings. @tdogg21 that I will be unapologetic about using open trunk space. @ChickPhilA that there will be tunes and fireball and @Privatecollection that in the absence of a beverage cart I will create one (and therefore havoc).
Finally it’s spooky season and as @Big_RanDeer will attest I’m a haunted mansion gui and not a Halloween horror nights gui like @PGA_ALLTHEWAY but I did locate proof that I have been to Universal Studios
So in less than 30 days let’s auto bots rollout and go launch em!
