It involved a bolstering a pistol type celebration. But my power and I did have an ass slap celebration that looked very similar to that.

Edit:
In a similar note, the childâs classic âgoodnight moonâ commits a felony with rhyming âroom, moon, moonâ
If weâre picking on otherwise popular artists, I feel that way about this clunker:
I struggle with their rhyming scheme in general, but this one shouldâve stayed on the cutting room floor. Yuck.
nah, I get it. Might be one of their weaker songs on that album. They are much better than that song indicates.
this made me think of

suffocation, no breathing, this was their last single
I actually donât mind that song Because of THPS2 Blood Brothers is probably a bigger song in my mind that it was in reality.
Beastie Boys low key stink. There, I said it. Sabotage as a track bangs, but they themselves as emceeâs are some hot garbage. Sorry to all my 40+ year oldâs out there who grew up on it.
Like, that take is so far out there that I ainât even mad.
Are we going to have to talk about Girls too?
To itâs credit, itâs short.
my gui, Hello Nasty is a straight banger
edit bonus: third track
if BB stinks, then Phish smells the worst of anything (hottest take I could come up with)
Hey nowâŚthem thereâs fighting words! I will never go to bat for Phishâs vocals (except maybe some studio stuff), but their musicianship is pretty damn through the roof. Especially any mid-late 90âs era stuff. Trey was a fucking jedi.
You had that one in the cannon!
my lyrics take on Phish:
why do lyrics matter so much? To me, they can be too literal.
What I like about Phish, is the lyrics (a lot written by friend of the band Tom Marshall, featured in my most recent post the 500 miles), is that they are non-sensical, open to interpretation and to the moment in time. There is a deeper connection than the surface world or the general public lives on (no offense, I love catchy tunes).
I wasnât commenting on Phishâs lyrics themselves, more the vocal quality. Thereâs some rough live moments. I couldnât really care less though, vocal performances are not why I love the band.
any band that actually plays live will have non-perfections. Perfect live music is suspect of being live.
EDIT : shoutout a troop like TransSiberian Orchestra.(extreme example of fakers)
EDIT2: Phish is the best dive bar band, period(?)
Beat Farmers.
