Caught Khruangbin live for the first time this week. Mark Speer shreds the guitar so non chalantly it blew my mind. Also, made eye contact with Laura Lee on Weds night and she fainted on stage right after. May have been unrelated, but who can say.

This is hitting STL the day after my birthday (and the day before thanksgiving) and I’m so stoked. I was once in a cover band called Daves the say and was easily a highlight of my early 20’s.

Today is the 20th anniversary of the Killers’ HOT FUSS being released in the UK (came 1 week later in the US).
@MrChickPhilA and I have the pleasure of going to see them tonight at Bowery Ballroom in NYC - odds are they play it straight through??
