The one nitpick is that the ‘silencio!’ timeframe is only 4 months max.
Should be fine. If it’s a bad winter, the course could be in rough shape in early May, but that should be about it. 45-50 degrees and raining is about the worst it could be.

Careful now. Sometimes you lose a match and you forget about by the time you get to the parking lot. Sometimes you lose and it stings for a couple days as you replay it in your sleep. And sometimes you lose and ten years later it ends up in some kid’s book report. Threads are fleeting. Losing in print is forever.

This has been my issue with wines. I’m always saving for a “special occasion” but came to the conclusion that it’ll be really effing good whenever and otherwise I’ll never find a reason special enough. Drink and be merry!

Context: golf sicko from Denver, who signed up to play in Scotland in April, who just read about an event in Cincinnati in November, is questioning whether it will be too cold in Detroit in May- a week into the baseball season.
My man @jhkaplan may not be able to wear shorts, but I sure as hell hope to see him there.
