Don’t shoot the messenger but Luna has been closed for about a year. The iconic ‘$2 you call its’ are still available at sister bar Orchid in Ferndale.

Other options within the area that haven’t been mentioned:
- Oakland University’s Katke-Cousins course
- Royal Oak Golf Course (9 holes)
- Blackheath
- Twin Lakes
- Greystone
Blackheath, Twin Lakes, and Greystone are further out around 45 minutes or so.
If anyone is willing to get in Thursday evening, I would be down to do an early day trip on Friday over to Forest Dunes and come back in the evening.

I’m a blue collar kid from 13 mile so I don’t know shit, but If you can get on it’s probably your best course in the immediate vacinity.
Franklin Hills is way better than Detroit GC and is 20ish mins away.
Edit: damn, Franklin Hills is #5 in the state.

Currently looking at a Friday evening arrival, play Rackham Sat and fly back early Sunday. But…Can maybe red eye in Friday if I’m feeling sinister and play somewhere. Parker & Parker get there before me I think.
