Mules you say….
Does that mean the tour players who didn’t qualify for the PGA are coming to Detroit to compete this weekend?

Where are you staying?
If you’re near rackham- palazzo di pizza, green lantern, Louis (dine in only for the full experience) are really my top.
If you’re closer to downtown detroit I hear sicilys is great, grandma bob’s, Michigan and Trumbull
I know less much further north than Royal oak-ish area but green lantern is around, jets is around (which is definitely not the best but it scratches an itch and I think it’s better than buddy’s)
Supinos is fucking great, but is definitely not detroit style
Northville there’s a Jets not too far.
Blasphemy!!! (Ps I’m the guy who was also rooting for the Bills with you in KC)
My recommendation is Como’s in Ferndale
You are staying in Northville? Come on over!
I wish! Thank you! father in law just had his first chemo treatment today.
Innnnnnnteresting. I’ve not had them since the reopen, but you aren’t the first have recommend… really need to try it
Best wishes to you and your fam. I’ll be here if you need a break or time away.
Perfect. Thank you because I was just wondering what I’d do for dinner!
Thank you! I’m sure I’ll be back. I’ll give notice next time
Any recommendations for good spots to pick up a quick bite on the way to Warren coming from DTW?
Everything looks like it closes at 9 pm.
Loui’s.
Absolutely and totally yes. It’s my go to for classic detroit style sit down. Fucking love Louis
I assume you probably aren’t going to see much other than chains/fast food. Culver’s is always a great call if you’ve not had it.
If you’re in Warren you must be by my office…there’s some really good food around that area if you end up eating around there at any point
If you are being routed through downtown I’d offer Grey Ghost, Green Dot, Selden, Standby, countless others before you get to Warren.
Grey ghost burger
If downtown is on the list, obviously Lafayette is the call, or Bucharest, or any of the previously named pizza places (supinos isn’t too far off 75)
The schawarma scene here is the true underrated ‘local’ cuisine.
This is absolutely fair.
It’s absurd to me that the best Mediterranean around here is in a gas station
