A Loft is nice, should have no problems there. Plus you will be down the street from the largest liquor store in the country and a great distillery!

You will be driving or catching ubers to a few places, but the Aloft there is a fine hotel and actually across the street from Hofbrauhaus

Aloft was my go to when having to deal with any travel caps during consulting. They’re all the same even down to the lobby smell

They also discount them pretty aggressively on points unless they are brand new so you can travel pretty cheap on Marriott rewards with Alofts.
Plus you’re literally in Newport On The Levee, quite a few bar/restaurant/entertainment options. And the Newport Aquarium, which is pretty darn good.
Yeah they’re at 25k / night and I’ve got two certificates that expire on 1/1/22 with a max of 25k per

I don’t have a VW west to just sleep at the course and this the place seems pretty good.
