We’re a volleyball school for sure. Also, we almost beat Kansas last year in shooty hoops.

I can’t identify a true rival right now. Obviously K-State brings some interest, but as a Jayhawk, it does stir that much interest. They care a lot more about the rivalry then we do - almost like they are the little brother.
Iowa State has been a pain in the ass the last few years.
Bring back KU/Missouri.

I watched the last game where KU came back from 17 down from the 2nd row at the Field House.
And I was in the student section at Mizzou Arena for Marcus Denmon’s miracle 2 minutes to bring us a W earlier that year. Need that rivalry back in my life.

Couldn’t agree more, border war was ultimate TV growing up, hell, the ONE year we had a good football team that championship game at arrowhead was so electric.

I can share a bit of an update. Haven’t got the chance to spend too much time working on it the last few weekends due to other golf related activities.
Received the planks back for the bridge this past weekend. They are between 12 and 15 inches wide with a rough cut and 10 feet long. Kinda cool as these are made of the trees that were cut down on the property - we will accept our conservation award later this month #treemanagement.
Got them stained and weather coated. Can’t wait to start construction on this.

For more of a broad update, here is what we have accomplished so far this year. Everything circled in red has been cut down and is becoming grass as we speak. The creek is totally open for viewing throughout the property. We took out 30 full-sized trees and a few grandfather trees. The bridge is being built right over the corner of the creek shown on the pic below. You will be able to see across to the Golden Bell hole from everywhere on the property once this is done. A select few 60+ foot trees remain for dramatic affect.
Long summer with a lot more to get done but should be playing with 4 greens next May.

Google recognizes it now. Was a joke at first but it has kind of gotten out of hand.
Had courses calling to ask if we could set them up with rental clubs, companies calling asking if we need supplies, people trying to set up tee times. Google sent us posters with some of our reviews on them.
