Scene:
Wednesday after the Barn Burner. @BCNSuper wakes up and goes outside to let his dog, Diesel out. The dog does his thing and they go back inside. Zach starts getting ready for the day and realizes he doesn’t see his keys. Then it dawns on him - “where did I park my truck?”.
The truck was gone. Vanished. Right out of the driveway. Zach even thought he had a dream he was driving the truck that night. So here we go - did Zach sleep drive it last night? Maybe got a little boogered up and lost it in the ditch? Was it stolen? Couldn’t be.
Well he never found the keys. He thinks he may have left them in the truck on accident. Police are contacted and the search is under way.
A day goes by. No sign of the truck. We now are fully assuming it was stolen. Insurance is called and tell Zach that they will pay out the totaled amount after a week or two to allow the police to try and locate the vehicle.
@threeputtking posts about it on Facebook KC Stolen page. We aggregated photos of it and throw up the post with key indicators of the truck. Another day goes by.
Then it happens. We get a clue! Some dude from KC Stolen messaged Evan and says he might know where the truck is!
Pictures came in:
For sure that is it. And it is damaged. Badly!
The house where the truck was parked looked damn familiar. For sure have seen it before.
Guess what - it’s a few houses over from Zach’s buddy Jeff in KCK.
We were getting it all mapped out for the police. Apparently that home is a known tweaker/meth house.
Conversation continues with whistleblower:

Then he shares who this Queen D is:
Now we gotta find out who this Queen D is. So we dive in.
Like - you’ve gotta be kidding me right?! We know who it is and generally where it is. Let’s bring in the cops! Well - unfortunately they can’t do anything about it without seeing her driving the damn thing. At this point, all Zach wanted was for someone to catch a charge since the truck was obviously wrecked.
The neighbor is a cop and was helping us the whole time. Apparently the cops saw her driving the truck a day prior but wasn’t able to catch her/they called off the chase! We assume this is when the crash happened.
We continue to search and find a bunch of addresses for this Queen D. Evan drives out and around all the known addresses for her to try and locate the truck. No luck.
At this point, a few days have gone by with no site of the truck. Then finally, last night Zach gets the text. The neighbor cop found the damn truck at a known sketchy persons house way out in the back of the propery. And of course, no one is home:
It’s a damn mess. No Queen D. No one to blame at the house they found it at. Just completely stripped inside and out and absolutely wrecked. They did it. Queen D and the tweakers pulled it off.
However, we don’t stop the chase. Zach’s friend Jeff saw Queen D pulling out of the house where the first photos were taken of the truck for sale. He is now actively following her to see where she goes…
It’s been a weird time post Barn Burner.
