It’s looking that way, yes. Nothing (or nowhere) definite, for now, just that affording a house is increasingly difficult around South Florida.
Yeah I may do some analysis. No offense to anyone here but pretty much nukes having a roommate if the cost is the same 
I’m a Hilton guy and there’s options in Lakeland I’ve examined in the past

I have updated the google doc with alternative lodging options and their proximity to the resort. Definitely worth it to find a roomie and save some $$$. Me staying on the resort is truly dependent on if my wife and daughter come with. If they do I’m staying on property so they can enjoy it.
If not I’ll be at the Hampton Inn, and will be happy to carpool/be a DD for those who are gonna vibe hard.
I wanna do whatever I can to make this event an absolute smash!

Wow wasn’t expecting $439/night. The extra $40 a day walking fee for staying off resort just got whole lot prettier.

If anyone is looking to save a few bucks I stayed at the Best Western in Bowling Green last December for a night.
Was it touch and go for a while on whether I would survive the night to play the next morning? Yes, but risking my life to save a couple hundred bucks was totally worth it…

I’ll probably fly in Thursday night and stay off property depending on the cost difference and then stay at the resort for the Friday and Saturday.
