This is our FIFTH year putting on this three-round Ryder Cup style event, where teams of 12 from Austin/San Antonio, Houston, and Dallas come together to battle for state supremacy. Previous-year threads are not hard to find in this community. Due to an increase in cost and a decrease in vibes at Pine Dunes, this years event moves to The Hideout, in Brownwood (south of Ft. Worth).
Details below. Signups open tonight, 1/6, at 9pm. We ask registrants have some tie to one of the three cities in Texas, but we do not require that you be a member of Strohs or Plex to play. The best way to know when registration opens is to be on the Strohs or Plex discord - DM me (Strohs) or @Insulin_And_Bogeys (Plex) for an invite.

When I say âany sort of tie to Houston,â I mean it. Did you watch the Astros or the Texans play sportsball last year? Have you ever been in ocean water thatâs the temperature of your bath, yet somehow also dark brown and gross? Ever spent 90 minutes in a car and not left âdowntownâ?
