Greetings! We are heading to Lake Forest, IL (just outside Chicago), on Monday, August 17th, for the 4th Annual NLU Summer Festival at Conway Farms Golf Club. With 72 players competing for six (6) NIT spots, expect a lot of low stakes, yet meaningful competition, incredible vibes, and a few new surprises that we think you’ll like.
This event is a special one as we continue our mission to support the Evans Scholars Foundation, and is the best way to see that impact in person. There’s nothing like walking a round with these young adults to see how much a full-ride scholarship really changes their lives.
Registration will once again be handled via lottery. The window opens Monday, April 27th at noon ET and will shut on Wednesday, April 30th at noon ET.
Note: The lottery is initially open to Nest members only. All registrations are pending lottery selection and credit card authorization during the week of May 4th. (Cards are authorized at registration but only charged upon selection).
Event Logistics
Cost: $650 per Nest Member Your entry covers the full Conway experience: 18 holes of world-class golf, pre-round competitions, breakfast, lunch, dinner, beverages, tee gifts, and a few “special” prizes.
Cubs Game
As a little bonus for the weekend, we’re inviting the field to Wrigley Field on Sunday, August 16th, to watch the Cubs host the St. Louis Cardinals.
- Cost: $105 (all-in).
- Availability: Tickets are optional and exclusive to tournament participants (limit 1 per player). If you’re selected in the lottery, we’ll invoice you for the ticket separately.
The Caddie Experience Conway Farms is a walking-only course. Every player will be paired with a caddie provided by Evans Scholars. It’s a perfect opportunity to see the Evans Scholars Foundation’s mission in action, sending high-achieving caddies to college on full-ride scholarships.
Travel & Logistics Since we’re playing on a Monday, this is the perfect excuse to build a long weekend in Chicago. Conway is a quick skip from O’Hare, and the Metra makes getting between the course and downtown a breeze.
