2025 PGA Championship - Quail Hollow

I’m not shocked at all. I was saying a lot of people think these guys are upstanding citizens who admirably play a game that is supposed to be a gentlemanly game of honor. But they’d all kick their ball back in the fairway if they knew no one knew about it. Most of them are scumbags willing to do whatever it takes for a few more dollars. And I don’t think a lot of golf fans (especially the older boomers) realize that. There are a lot more PReeds out there than anyone wants to admit.

The admirable and upstanding players go broke on mini tour before they even sniff the korn ferry tour

Need to keep it this way. Peasants need to see how rough things are behind the paywall.

Titliest truly missing out on a “what would you do for a Klondike bar” type marketing campaign

They are humans so, of course, they are prone to temptation and will make bad choices and decisions from time to time. But, I’m not sure I agree with this blanket statement

If it were true, we’d see way more incidents of guys getting caught cheating. It happens but it’s not that common.

Need Scott to be arrested again for breaking parole or something

Sure. I really don’t care. Doesn’t affect me and if you think they aren’t cheating, that’s fine with me.

Oh, Nantz monologue. No golf to see, certainly.

Four minutes into the CBS broadcast, already dropping a show the damn golf

Nantz is enjoying this way too much. Commentating on an arrest and golf is like a wet dream for him

At least there’s no Marty

It’s truly a beer league where we happen to golf.

How many autographs did Scottie sign for the cops?
