The Refuge has an entire playlist of possibilities
I would love that, but I donāt think Bailey will go for it haha
Gotta be Run Away With Me by Carly, of course.
Using the trick of figuring out what the top songs were at age 13, that would put it somewhere in these two lists:
This Coldplay song probably fits the bill:
Team āBairly Coughinā
With the walk up song, Because I Got High
Does Jay-Z P.S.A. seem a little tooā¦much? If so, Iāve always had a playlist ready for such an occasion. Similar to the refuge one but maybe some other options.
Walk-up
I know @ChickPhilA would approve lol
I was scrolling up from the bottom and swore this had to be @JamesHCard that suggested this one
Please include the gunshot. Thank you.
Nod to opening song at the Icarito and the Thermals set :
Iām in medicine and I have absolutely no idea what Lilia is talking about in this article. Parallels to Jason Day in his balloon boy era.
Made perfect sense to meā¦

Reads like someone who really doesnāt want to explain what is actually wrong with her back.
My only guess is that by using diaphragmatic breathing, she is trying to improve muscular control of her lower core and improve body awareness/control to help prevent re-injury of an injury that she doesnāt want to explain like @quicknine said?
Iāve been told that shoulder/chest breathing is āstress breathingā, so itād align that a focus on diaphragmatic breathing is intended on reducing tension/stress in the back/shoulder area. Or, you knowā¦lava lizards
I have been told that my neck and shoulder pain is largely due to how I breathe. Focusing on proper breathing techniques has helped a bit. Something to it from my experience.
Lauren and the Tardy Heads

See ya around 9 pm tonight
Iāll be there. Reach out if you need absolutely anything. Have a great time in Seattle.
Play well.
