In effort to derail this thread into a KC BBQ restaurant discussion, Slap’s hits the best for me on both Food and Hangout. Location would be a bit further from y’alls hotel but it’s a bit more on the undiscovered side compared to Joe’s if that intrigues any of you gents.

Love Q39. Their BBQ is on point. But something feels wrong with it being a sit down restaurant. Cafeteria style ordering feels right when getting BBQ.
