I was going to say the same thing. I feels silly to say guys from the 6th largest country in the world are just from Australia.

Included in the ticket price…or you pay a little extra for this? Not going, but would happily pay, as a spectator, an extra $50 for this to be commonplace.

Probably make a loss though!

Included in the ticket price. Tickets for Saturday were like $215 before tax, so you get entry and this food/drink package.

It’s fantastic.

As I mentioned, when we walked in to the main food market, the first cashier charged us the full amount. I was kind of confused, maybe thinking there were different designated concession stands and the PGA Championship was being sneaky having the first food option you see not part of the package, but later I asked a cashier and he confirmed we got got—In fairness to the cashier, it was 10:30 am and we snagged a pair of 25oz beers with the food and water and they probably got confused.

Now, they ask you not to abuse the package. Whatever that means. I think it’s a great idea.

Note: They also have bottled water stations all over the course. You don’t pay for those either if you have the package.

I’m going on Saturday as well, and the only ticket option when I purchased was the championship plus package. Saw some info that tells you to enter in a certain line and get a wristband, so I don’t think every ticket included this. But for $215 it is a solid deal

Correct. I think most tickets include the package, but if you’re bringing kids (17 and under get in free), they won’t get a wristband, so you’d have to pay for THAT food. I don’t know how many tickets were NOT sold with the package.

Again, if you have the wristband, just make sure when you cash out you don’t get charged for food or non-alcoholic drink. It basically doubles/triples your bill if you’re getting beer.

So in other words, if you bring your kids, have them wait outside the food tent while you grab 4 hot dogs for yourself?

Jason Day not playing a practice round at Oak Hill is wonderful. He should fully complete the every man idea by also not hitting a ball before the first tee tomorrow.

Phil is looking good for a guy of his age with the miles and certain abuse he put that hull through.

Haters need a new slant.

I think it’s less about him looking bad, and more of him going from this
