Really like the score bug and agree with all the other points.
Neil’s storytelling was top notch and all we needed was that and the boys reactions.
DJ changing his mind about wanting to know Neil’s score in advance of the pod was the best decision. So fun!

There’s a difference in recapping Soly’s (data boy) round and Neil’s. Soly is all about the stats and the plotting.
Neil is a naturally gifted storyteller. Also it’d be hard to map out hitting a tree and going backwards. And how do we map a lacrosse bounce?
Fair point. I didn’t intend to be critical as much as point out a difference in approach to the game. Limit the 3 putts and a poor pitch shot or two and he easily shoots in the mid to low 80’s. My lived experience would have lead me to spend most of the prep time on and around the greens. That’s all. Carry on!
This was too good. I’m sad it can never be truly duplicated. Sent it out to a bunch of friends and they’d all already listened.
