Fellas! Re: your “is this guy a dude” conversation mashed with “who is the #2 American golfer”… I’ve got a fun suggestion for a future episode. Divide into two teams, each with a Captain and VC. Imagine an Americans-only Ryder Cup style event, and each draft two teams. It’d be fun to hear your takes on why you’d pick certain guys over others, etc., and frankly would be as good a barometer as any to figure out who “the dudes” really are, from 1 - 24.
Obviously there’s no real way to simulate what those teams would do in real life, as plugging your team into a stroke play event like The Masters doesn’t really capture the magic of Ryder Cup style play. But I’m sure there are plenty of us in the Nest who would be happy to give you some Draft Grade feedback!

Been thinking about who the baseball comp for Cam is after that was brought up on the pod, and I keep coming back to Todd Helton. Sneaky pop, bangs doubles off the walls in the power alleys, bit of a work horse, and you know pitchers couldn’t relax when he came up during big moments. Younger Todd had juice but I’m not sure to the same extent Cam does compared to his peers, but I don’t know… is there something there @djpie @Cody or are you leanings towards a different type of player for who you had in mind?
