Yup, an email invitation was how I found it.
I just run for the exercise without any specific long-term goal, so it’s pretty much the same few 4-9 km loops from the house and pretty much all at the same pace.

i really went after it to begin with, lost a ton of weight which was good but then planed out. I enjoy it, I just can’t seem to drag my ass out there now.
I signed up right when the email came out but never got a response back, so I guess I wasn’t selected?
Looks like 1700+ members joined the group but there could be more who signed up.
Anyone have thoughts on how accurate the calorie number on the whoop is?
The only running I do is back to the tee once my ball is declared lost, because I hate slow play
I got mine in yesterday, really enjoying it so far. Turns out my resting heart rate is about 80 though. Probably need to work on that.
I’m in the program but I don’t know how to start it today. I’ve never used the strava app before I opened it today and haven’t figured out how to link it with whoop.
I don’t think it actually starts today. Looking back at my confirmation email it says I’d be notified before the program starts in October, so I assume that means at some point this month but not necessarily today. I’d like a at least a couple of days’ notice to plan.

Just got my eight week 5k training plan. Starts Oct 12 (the day after Canadian Thanksgiving, which is fitting).
I spent half of September in a long term relationship and the second half of September as a single person. Whoop let me know in my monthly assessment that my recovery scores are way higher as a bachelor. Just letting y’all know if anyone is looking to up their percentage.
I believe it. Every time the wife is at her daughter’s place my recovery is always in the green.
Thanks for putting this out there. Joined the Whoop movement using your link. Looking forward to seeing how out of shape I am!
Hey good luck and use the gamification to get in shape. And play make sure to use the journal and be accurate. Definitely helps.
Looking through the Refuge group this morning and some of you all are masters at recovery. I know I’ve only had my Whoop for a week, but still have yet to break through into 80% recovery or higher
I’m through 3/4 months of monthly assessments and my biggest contributors to increased recovery are water consumption and intermittent fasting. In fact, I think my last assessment had my recovery at like +9% on days I was IF.
No alcohol seems to be a good indicator too
